Headquartered in Bradford, Pennsylvania, Minard Run Oil Company (MROC) is the largest producer of natural gas in New York State and one of the largest oil producers in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. With a strategic focus on conventional operations and development, MROC expanded their footprint in the Appalachian Basin four-fold with two significant acquisitions in 2016-17. With a successful integration of operations and instilling efficiencies within each District, MROC has reduced lifting costs by 67% even amidst rising vendor costs and stricter regulations.

MROC currently operates over 2,200 wells and nearly 300 miles of midstream pipelines and facilities.

Investors

Minard Run Oil Company is actively pursuing acquisitions that fit with our talents, abilities, and culture. We successfully closed on two acquisitions within six months of each other in 2016-2017 with the use of internal funds and local debt financing. We are looking to partner with capital investors or firms to expand our operations or complete drilling programs on our nearly 300,000 acres of land holdings.
